desires submission to Yahoo Directory Sites and or Looksmart
PPC Programs, these submission fees are client's responsibility.

Unlimited Top Search Engine Placements:
Client site can achieve unlimited Top 10 placements through
this Program with no fee increases or additional invoicing.
No additional fees will be charged in excess of stated web site
positioning and marketing Custom Program cost.

Pay for Performance Payment Plan.
After Setup fee is paid, no invoicing will be issued until an
agreed upon minimum number of Top 10 search engine placements
have been achieved. Invoicing will not be issued until this
number of Top 10 Positions is achieved,

Ensure that Top 10 Keyword Placements are achieved in 75% of

Flexible Time Table:

engine placement goals may take as little as two months or as
long as six months.

must be given FTP access to host server in order to embed keywords
as appropriate in Source Code and to employ any other web site
