to Client monthly.

Search Position Report. A monthly report identifying
keyword numeric position in each of the major search engines and
movement in position from the last report.
New
Optimization Techniques. As new optimization techniques
are developed and as is appropriate, they will be applied to sites
enrolled in the Keyword Maintenance Program.
Program
Inception. After achievement of Top 10 positioning
goals and issuance of Optimization Program final billing, Client
will be asked to make a decision regarding entering the Maintenance
Program.

Term. This is a month to month arrangement with
a thirty day verbal notice of intent to discontinue services.
